The authorised services included credit transfers, issuing payment instruments and acquiring payment transactions under Lithuania&#8217;s Law on Payments.<\/p>\n<p>Earthport\u2019s global payment network enables transactions for the world\u2019s largest financial institutions, eco-commercial companies, money transfer organizations and payment aggregators. At the time of the March 2019 licensing announcement, Earthport PLC was the parent company, authorised as a payment institution by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and listed on the London Stock Exchange. Visa announced its acquisition of control of Earthport on 8 May 2019.
