JADIS

JADIS is the Information System of Participants of Legal Entities, kept by the Centre of Registers. It records who owns the shares of Lithuanian companies, and its sub-system collects data on beneficial owners.

Companies must submit and keep this information up to date — for example after a share sale or a change in the ownership structure.
