Register of Legal Entities (JAR)

Register of Legal Entities (JAR) is the official state register of all Lithuanian companies and other legal entities. It records the company’s name, registration number (company code), registered address, legal form, managers and other data, and receives annual financial statements.

A company exists from the day of its registration in this register. The register is kept by the Centre of Registers.
