Centre of Registers

Centre of Registers is the state enterprise that keeps Lithuania’s main state registers: the Register of Legal Entities, the real estate register, the address register and the JADIS information system, among others.

Company registration, changes of company data and the submission of annual financial statements are handled through the Centre of Registers, mostly electronically.
