ABOUT US
Company in Lithuania UAB is a team of professionals who will help you set up a company and develop your business in Lithuania.
In addition to company incorporation, accounting and legal advisory services, we assist clients with regulatory authorisations, including Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) authorisation under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), opening business accounts, real estate transactions, business development and recruitment. Since 1 January 2026, registration under Lithuania’s former national VASP regime is no longer sufficient to provide regulated crypto-asset services.
We speak five languages (English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, and Russian), so we can answer all your questions about doing business in Lithuania in your native language.
