MB (pequeña sociedad)

MB is a small partnership: a simplified limited liability legal entity whose members can only be natural persons. It has no share capital in the UAB sense, and its management can be organised by the members themselves.

An MB suits small businesses owned by individuals. When a company has corporate shareholders, plans to attract investors or needs a more formal structure, a UAB is usually chosen.
